By accessing or using the ConvexLabs platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must create an account to use ConvexLabs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

You may use ConvexLabs to train, evaluate, and manage machine learning models in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws.

You may not use the platform to train models intended for illegal purposes, to generate content that violates the rights of others, or to engage in cryptocurrency mining or other non-ML workloads.

You are responsible for all data you upload to the platform, including training datasets, model weights, and configuration files. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use this data.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

GPU availability is subject to capacity constraints. We do not guarantee that specific GPU types will be available at all times.

Pricing for ConvexLabs services is listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your subscription. GPU compute time is billed per second of actual usage.

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You retain all rights to your training data, model weights, and any outputs generated by your models. ConvexLabs does not claim ownership of your content.

ConvexLabs retains all rights to the platform, its software, documentation, and branding. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the platform.

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

ConvexLabs is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to ConvexLabs in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You may close your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that could harm the platform or other users.
